The suite itself was amazing. It was comfortable with lots of space to spread and organize everything I had with me for my work presentation in Guelph. The staff were all courteous and friendly, going above and beyond what I've seen at plenty of other hotels I've stayed in. I definitely will be coming back to stay here when I'm back in the Guelph area.

Clean room and the parking was really easy. The hotel is located away from the downtown chaos yet you are 6-8 min. drive away from it all. Quiet and clean amenities.

I’m sure it could be a very nice place to stay. However, there must have been a boys sports tournament that weekend. The hotel was chaotic with boys running and screaming through the halls unsupervised. It seemed like the parents were all sitting outside chatting for hours. Screaming outside continued until after 10pm. Obviously the boys were having a great time. But those who were hoping for a relaxing time, it was impossible. Couldn’t even use the pool. Maybe the hotel could forewarn patrons of these situations before we book a room.
