Staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be helpful when I arrived at 2am with a ton of luggage. they opened the gym so I could stretch my poor back, offered me fresh cookies, found ways to help me move and store my luggage, and much more.

The hotel staff and accommodations were exceptional. Unfortunately, the restaurant had many fruit flies around us. The staff during our dinner dining experience, as well as our room service for breakfast seemed annoyed having to deal with customers. That in itself has lowered my rating. Very unfortunate.

The service and hospitality were remarkable. They went the extra mile to serve us. The room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant is understaffed and service was very slow. But this is definitely a hotel we would return to.
