All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Coral Spring. The resort is beautiful, well‑maintained, and offered plenty of activities that kept both adults and kids happy throughout the trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh during our stay. We especially appreciated how family‑friendly the property felt — from the pools to the entertainment options, there was always something fun to do. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whether we needed assistance with dining reservations or had questions about activities, everyone we interacted with made us feel taken care of. The pool areas were a highlight for us — lots of space, great energy, and perfect for both relaxing and playing with the kids. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the speed of service during peak dining hours. At times, the wait for food or seating was longer than expected. It didn’t ruin our experience, but smoothing out those busy periods would make the stay even better. Overall, Ocean Coral Spring gave our family a memorable vacation. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and excited to return. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and welcoming resort experience.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Retreat Plantation, home away from home , excellent management, Robin and his housekeepers we're L extremely pleasant. We would definitely go again!

The staff, property and service was excellent. However, this hotel needs some work on the food tremendously. Especially the jamaican food.
