Kingston Harbour Getaway

We loved our experience. Our room was beautiful and the view was great. We checked in through the app so our arrival was seamless and we were able to get our room early. We had breast AquaTerra and the food and view was spectacular as well. We will certainly be back.

Excellent location

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The photo of the room was more luxurious than the one given - it showed a stunning corner room with views across the lake whereas the room allocated was a standard room with one window looking out to the lake.

Hotel’s location is perfect, by the water and marina, walkable to key parts of town. We arrived by car into the garage which I found a little disappointing because the lobby entrance of the hotel was hidden. Parking fee was not included and we found a spot but we got lucky, it seems to be not well thought out.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious, but you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways and other rooms. Parking was also an issue as the parking lot gets very crowded. One night I had to park on the street and get up early to pay the meter. However, staff and bar area was great.
