The hotel is conveniently located at the waterfront and close to all amenities. The hotel is dated and in need of a facelift. The pool appears to be poorly kept and dirty.

We had a lunch tour and hotel was right beside it. Amazing views of island and lake. Close to shopping and dinning options. Transit is within walking distance. Hotel was as clean as expected and so was the room.

My cousin and I did a girl's weekend in Kingston. The location of the hotel was excellent! It was within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants along Princess Street. Also liked the fact that we were close to the harbour. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The view from our hotel room was beautiful. Not a fan of the Bento Box for breakfast, would have liked to have some options. Overall we had a lovely stay and will recommend the hotel to others.
