We had to change our room because the first one had a strong odour. The second room had somebody in it who apparently hadn’t checked out. The staff were very helpful. I don’t know why have been sent a reminder about checking out. We returned our card after breakfast. Systems could be improved.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in! Filthy, in disrepair, bugs in the room smelled like Marijuana and had bugs crawling under ther door with the huge gap. Would NOT refund my $ because it had been more than 1/2 hour that we had the "room". I have seen better conditions picking up my dog from a kennel! STAY AWAY!!!

Would not recommend this property. Old furniture, horrible bed, extremely noisy (thin walls), and a very seedy clientele. Also this is very close to a rail line so not just noise issue but a lot of vagrants near by.

This is my go-to place to stay when driving through Kingman. It is clean and good value. Dogs allowed for $25 fee. The staff is always great. The furniture is a little worn. The area a little gritty. But if you're looking for a place to rest up, gas up, and get back on the road in the morning, this could be your new favorite spot. I like to get coffee at Starbucks inside Basha's grocery, just down the street.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Clean, cool, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, & waffles. We would stay there again.
