Very nice property. Excellent staff; very friendly. My room was spacious and clean. Coffee in lobby was good. Breakfast wasn't appealing to me. I had a big truck & trailer. They offer a huge gravel lot right next door tha was convenient. Walmart and lots of food options within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

My supposed ‘suite’ was poorly laid out and had a smaller tv, smaller bathroom, and ugly sofa and desk…than my friend’s standard King room! This room was also in the farthest corner and faced a construction site that started-up at 6am Saturday morning! Not impressed.

Very Disappointing!

The key lock to our room did not work so we had to have the desk clerk come to our room each time. The desk clerk said this also happened to the man who stayed there the night before. This was very inconvenient! The morning clerk was not aware of this and didn’t believe us at first. A note should have been left ! Also the room smelled horribly of smoke. Even the bedding stunk. Desk clerk said that was because the room was close to the smoking area. Clerk should have offered some type of discount or even a free bottle of water. Very disappointing stay at full price!

The bathroom was out of hair conditioner, and the shower curtain didn’t cover wel,l allowing water to run all over the floor after each shower. Other than that, everything was nice and clean. The people at the front desk was super friendly and we will return.

I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites in Kingman, for a week. My room was immaculate, the staff were kind! Each and every one of the staff were patient and extremely accommodating. The breakfast bar was always fresh and I appreciated the rotation of foods on the hot bar. I also appreciated water, cocoa and coffee being available 24/7, as I was up at all hours. My bed was a bit firm BUT, the staff provided me extra pillows and I slept on a row of pillows. The hotel is conveniently located, and was safe.
