Gorgeous view! Slept to ocean sounds. Staff was courteous, but my big negative is the roaches! There were roaches at night in the bathroom & large ones in the cabinet with the mini-fridge. Im sure being on the water attracts them, but for the cost, i shouldn't have to see them.

Challenge when booking trip is what building you end up in. I wish reservation system gave that option, to our disappointment were furthest point from shores pool and ocean. Our room was clean, good view of pineapple pool. Amenities were good, and daily entertainment was great. Be prepared to receive bill at check out for resort fees, why Expedia do not collect at booking is puzzling.
