The room was nice but it was very dark. Needed better lighting due to location. Had trouble with sleep due to ongoing bird/rooster crowing and cleaning crew coming through in the morning

Resort overall was great. We didn’t need an uber to get anywhere except for the airport which was awesome! Resort overall was great and I would definitely come again. Side note: it’s the little things the impress me the most. Once we arrived to check in we were greeted with champagne which started our vacation mode.

The best part of our stay was Expedias celebrating our anniversary. For the price the “resort” aspect of property left us totally underwhelmed. From the room decore to most of the staff with the exception of the friendly lady who checked us in, were just so bland. The property is so spread out it’s hard to navigate. To say that the water in the room was a small bottle for $4 and one single plastic cup was simply unexpected.

The property was vast with 3 pools, one huge and warm and swam a lot there. There is also a beach on site which was amazing and a few restaurants. The location is quiet and away from the partying side of the island. 2/3 were noisy though, with constant loud music. The big room was clean with a balcony, fresh towels and maid service. It was extremely expensive though and I not really worth so much. Getting a lounge chair at the pool was hard too as people left the area and left towels on the seats. Noone was controlling that.

What was not to like? 4 pools, 3 pool bars, ocean beach access. Lovely beach chairs and umbrellas too. We received several VIP benefits too! A free drink, bottle of wine and $30 food credit. We loved the texts we received about special activities and were able to respond with anything we needed. Our needs were addressed immediately! Love this beautiful resort and cannot wait to return.

The property amenities has a little something for everyone. The tranquil pool to the party pool, we used both. The dining was very good and accommodating for guests with dietary restrictions. The only request is to add transportation to and from the airport.

This place is beautiful. The rooms are huge with a balcony. There are 3 pool areas with activities and/or live music daily. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Walkable to most areas. We did rent a scooter for the time we were there to explore the island. Rental places are walkable from the hotel. Very clean facility. All staff were very nice and personable. I would stay here again.
