Atmosphere and service were great. Our room opened to a garden and walked directly to the pool. Such a nice experience. The pool was fantastic and tropical. I appreciated that the pool had a TV for watching sports too. Only complaint was that the pillows were soft. It would have been nice to have both firm and soft pillow options available as opposed to two soft pillows per sleeper. Overall nice stay. I would stay here again for sure.

They gave me a room where the floor was vibrating. Supposedly because the washing machines were on the floor below. I complained and was told they couldn't give me another room and that they couldn't turn off the washing machines until 9 p.m. I don't recommend this hotel and will never return.

My stay at this Courtyard was a winderful experience, I was traveling with my son and his best friend, for my sons birthday and they had a blast. They spent alot of time at the pool and loved the TV poolside. This location is close to everything, food, groceries, entertainment and dining locations. Loved it and checking in was smooth and easy.

The lady who checked us in was super rude. I asked to add my Bonvoy number to our reservation and she told me it didn’t matter if it was on file, or not because we booked through Expedia. I’m not sure why that mattered. It ended up being on file already, but I guess there are no benefits to being a Bonvoy Gold status at this hotel. We interacted with a couple other staff members that were great after check in, but the first impression was not a good one. We have stayed at several other Marriott properties across the country and they have always been friendly and accommodating, so this was a first.

Working on parking lots so no parking and no ADA rooms available so lugging suitcases UP STAIRS was absolutely terrible. My back and legs hurt. This was a real rip off. Paid way too much for this much inconvenience.
