The hotel is ok but nothing amazing as the pictures show. The beach in front of the hotel is not good and at this time of the year it was full of gulfweed, sargassum and smelling bad. Also, too many flies. The front desk staff was ok but when I complained about a possible bed bug in my bed because I had so many bites on my body it was so reactive and not much helpful. Also, I believe it was a very old bed and had so much noise when I was moving on the bed.

The hotel is cute but a bit updated , clean and spacious ,comfortable beds and pillows however i booked a King room for 4 people me ,my husband and my two kids and i had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets and blankets ( annoying ) they should have the room equipped with everything specially if the room is being booked for 4 they knew in advance resort fees are insane ! So at minimum do my bed !if i booked for 2 was cheaper but i added my kids and i have to go to front desk to get everything and had to made my kids beds we all had the same problem AC wasn't cool enough! Wouldn't go less than 74 dregrees Pool food and breakfast both great staff my daughter forgot her linen pants the hotel contacted us right away with return options that was very nice as well .Pool isn't super big for such a big hotel but nice enough. In general the stay was ok could definitely been better. The hotel is pretty close to the airport and you have airplanes constantly flying over your head while at the pool !

I have never posted a negative review but this place is a 20+ year old SHERATON with JB pictures and shiplap. The TV did not work, The thermostat did not work. Electricity kept going out so everyone had to use the stairs. Roaches in our room. Also fire code violations everywhere (says this Fire Protection Engineer). Horrible and why a $58 resort fee for one night???

Honestly the best resort to stay in Key West. We stay here every time we drive down for the weekend. Worth every penny and would highly recommend, especially staying in a one bedroom suite. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept, right across the street from one of the best beaches. Free parking, and shuttles to town and the airport for your convenience. Pool and hot tub. Great food and bar. Service and employees are amazing. They have so many goodies and perks to enjoy and a concierge to book all of your fun adventures. Quiet and peaceful retreat for the soul.

What I didn’t enjoy was the noise from the door slamming and the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. That said, the location is perfect for beach access, the service was excellent, and overall it was a wonderfully relaxing stay.I’ll definitely recommend it and would stay again for the next visit.
