We loved this hotel-the staff was all pleasant and friendly! We felt valued as a guest. We loved the transportation to and from the airport and the shuttle buses to and from town…also enjoyed the complimentary smoothies and ice pops at the pool and the coffee and cookies in the lobby everyday! Would stay there again!!

Staff was great. The room had privacy doors, loved it and the pull out couch was really comfortable. Beach is across the highway and had a lots of seaweed.

Just visited with my teens. Overall a very nice experience - nice hotel, convenient and close to airport and they offer shuttle hourly to go downtown. Little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown which is fine - overall I wouldn’t suggest bringing younger kids to key west in general.

Beautiful place, close proximity to downtown. The beach does have a lot if seaweed and is murky in the shore area but that is nature. I would say more stops on the shuttle would make the experience better

Grumpy pool attendance. Figure out the pool towel policy it changes depending on who is working. Transportation to and from the resort was great. Well maintained grounds. Restaurant was good. Decent size rooms but the bed and sofa were terrible.
