We enjoyed our stay. The room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was relaxing.

Generally a good trip. There was some wear and tear to the property and one of the elevators didn’t work. Would have given better stars, but an employee knocked on our door waking us up at 9am and then just walked in after I said please come later. He said something in our room was dripping but no faucets were on, and as we hadn’t used the shower. We got in very late the night prior and I was irritated that this employee woke us up and then just walked into our room.

Overall walkable location. Great hotel.

The on-site valet parking is worth the cost. They were prompt and very helpful. All staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good, though the dining area was not well air conditioned. The room was spacious and clean, though I did find some items left from another guest under the bed skirt. The pool was small but clean. We were close to everything downtown with lots of dining options. I'd book there again.
