Kenilworth Vacation Packages

Really enjoyed this hotel! Great for family’s or groups. We had a family wedding and I forgot to bring a light up travel mirror for getting ready. But there was a big mirror in hallway we where all able to use. Very nice and roof top bar was a plus with such friendly bar tenders. We will be back!

The valet has room for improvement. The efficiency is lacking and the operation is out dated. Wonderful people to talk to , but waiting 20 plus minutes for a car after being told repeatedly they found my rental, but then found it they did not. I was extremely disappointed. If it wasn’t for one of the runners who remembered my name , i would have been late for my departure.

Loved the hotel! Its was beautiful, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But my room could have been cleaner. Unfortunately I found a big dust bunny on the floor by the mirror a a few other things. It looked like the floor was cleaned. The room temperature was way too warm. The air wouldn’t go below 70 and I pretty much slept without a blanket. I did let the receptionist know and supposedly engineers were sent to the room but nothing changed and we just dealt with it. Other than that the hotel was great and the staff was friendly.
