Super convenient for everything in Kenilworth!
There’s a few rooms (a the one we had) that are a rabbit warren away, but still good condition and ac was welcome.

This is a functional but otherwise charmless hotel. Two big drawbacks are a lack of a gym, and the lack of laundry service.
Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were ok at best. Everything seemed run down and in need of renovations…which it looked they may be doing. Parking is atrocious.

Convenient hotel for location/transport routes, but some areas need updating (corridors etc)
Rooms are small, but have been updated to HI spec
Air-conditioning in room wasn't working so was very hot
Bathroom required some TLC
Took 15 mins for the receptionist to come to reception, the rooms were very dated as are the hall ways. The walls in the room were dirty needed a clean or painting. The carpet in yhe room was very worn.

Feels tired for a standard room. Air conditioning not working and on floor 6 the shower pressure was very poor.
Breakfast is good but food in the bar is mediocre . I had fish and chips.

It was a decent place, I was attending an event there. Overall, a bit dated and shabby.
The carpets, especially, need a bit of a clean. It was very noticeable that they hadn't been cleaned in at least a couple of years. It'd be a relatively cheap way to make it look much more fresh.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful, from the lady at breakfast (didn’t catch her name) who helped my kids make the pancakes, and were calm amidst my sons hyperactivity, to Adam, who greeted us after a very long drive and late arrival. We had a large cake that needed to be refrigerated and he put it in a fridge for us, he was also very friendly and we decided this is definitely a place we’ll be returning.
