I loved this hotel

I loved this hotel. Beautiful location and driving distance to a few local towns. You need a car. Hotel was lovely and very rural. Staff were great. Room was lovely. We will definitely return. Highly recommended

Nice hotel but not great sleep

Would have been nice to know in advance that under 16yrs not allowed int he gym even with adult supervision. Also if you have an event on please don't put the drunken gangs or very excited teenagers in the same part of the hotel as the other guests as their running up and down the corridor until 1.30am was not welcomed the night before an important business meeting.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons.

Travelling on my own

Unexpectedly travelling on my own staff truly excellent, welcoming and supportive. Everywhere was clean and sharp. Used the gym each morning had breakfast on one and there was a wide selection available. Great location.

The property itself was amazing and carered for all. Lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Warwick castle and town which we had tickets for a shiw to see.

The hotel looks to be newly refurbished. Our room (447) was very clean and tidy. All furnished and finishes looked new. Bathroom large only small problem was step into bath. I’m only 5 ft so very big step over bath side as slightly too high and wide. Grab handles provided. We had family room large super king bed the settee made up in to small double. Plenty of electric sockets with USB very useful. Air con worked well and liked complimentary drinks bar in fridge. Very quiet room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Had great evening meal and breakfast plenty of choice.
