Very helpful and flexible staff

We reserved a “suite, king bed with sofa bed”. This room was definitely not a suite, maybe it was at one time, but there wasn’t even a sofa even in the room. The carpet was torn and the mold smell was very strong. The lampshade was also covered in mold. It looked like the room used to have a Jacuzzi that was removed and the room was never put back together. The paint in the entire pool area was mostly peeled away. and the “gift shop” consisted of 10 small bags of potato chips. The smoke detector in our room was inoperable and wrapped in a plastic bag.
