This property the people was excellent and extremely welcoming the property is very beautiful the rooms is dated and needs a face lift other than that it felt very homely

Mase Restaurant is FANTASTIC great food good hospitality very polite, staff, and very cooperative. The hotel in General is fantastic clean and in a very good location with all amenities perfect to a 5 star

Communication prior arriving was great and we were able to book airport transfer. All the staff were helpful and very welcoming. The location is great as everything is working distance. The property was well maintained as they had staff doing the rounds. Room was super clean and bed made everyday. We also used the laundry service and got our clothes within a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent service and the room was very spacious! The bed is also very comfy. Shout out to all the staff there, they were wonderful and provided above excellent service. Location wise was really good, quite central to the markets and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed how private the villa is too.

Horribly dirty room. Mould infested. Damage everywhere. Decking falling apart. Pool dirty, tiles falling off. Poor wifi. Overpriced, overhyped! Wish we hadn’t stayed here. Bugs everywhere.

Our stay at Kaamala Resort Ubud was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is peaceful, stunning, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options prepared just the way we wanted. It was truly one of the best breakfasts we've had. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Lia and Rita, who were always so caring and attentive. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly at home.
