This was the worst stay we have ever had. Arrived @ 6:30PM to check in room wasn't ready. Told me they had another room that didn't have the hide a bed and the TV didn't work either. Took the room to not have to wait. No breakfast either and pool was closed. Room was tiny not big enough for what we reserved.
Very disappointed when we checked in to find out that the room we reserved was not available. We had reserved a room with two queen beds as there were three of us. The clerk informed us that there were no more double queen rooms left and there was nothing she could do about it. Why make a reservation then if it doesn’t actually reserve a room? The only room left was a king with a pullout bed for my 14 year old son to sleep in. The pull out bed was stained and there were no sheets for it. We had to go back down and ask for sheets. There was little concern on anyones part that this was a major mistake the entire stay. I did not receive a call from the manager as requested and was charged for the “upgrade” to the king suite.

Horrible. From the time we checked in to the time we left. Thankfully we only had to spend one night. It was filfthy, not on the pool said shut down by the state. We felt horribly unsafe as well. Then they also double charged us! I highly recommend staying away.

As we stood in line a lady came down and let the front desk know that the bathtub in her room was shoiting water out where it shouldn't be. Floor in the bathroom was soft. A complete hazard.
We got there checked in, and the room they gave us was already occupied. I walked into a room and there were people already in there!! It also wasn't the King Suite I booked for my family of 4. Went back to the front desk and they did not have a King suite available that I had booked a week in advanced. The only room they had was a room with a king bed. I asked where are my kids supposed to sleep on the floor? They didn't have an answer. They told me it was rither a glitch in the system and errors happen. We ended up having to find another hotel because they didn't have a room to fit my family nor tried to remedy the situation to accomodate us for their mistake! This was at 10pm, we had a wresting tournament to be at early there in Kearney that next morning. It took us until 11pm to find one of the very very few rooms still available that night. It was also 3 times more expensive! Kearney was a jammed packed town that night. I'll never stay there again! Amenties advertised are not available. Pool is broken, no breakfast. No one should have to come into town late with children and have to deal with this. The place should be shut down and never reopened. The 'remodeled rooms' are still an absolute dump, completely shoddy remodel.
I'll start off by saying they did let me check-in early which was very nice and helpful. That being said that's about the end of the good things I have to say. The bed in our room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month, the room they gave me wasn't the same room I booked from the website, the paint on the wall was bubbled out and chipped badly and looked like they had just painted over wallpaper that was bubbling out. Floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't be swept or mopped in quite some time. All in all we hadn't stayed there in over a year because of similar problems but I thought with new management it might have gotten better, so I gave them another chance, but my wife will not stay there again and was very disgusted and I have to say I will not stay there again either.
WE NEVER EVEN MADE IT TO THE STAY! After speaking personally with the front desk to request a room close to the pool so we could keep an eye on our two 17 year old children, I was told they would do that. When we arrived, I was told the pool has been closed for weeks and "we just haven't updated our site yet". There was a sign taped on the front desk countertop that said "Pool is closed and that has also affected our breakfast area so no breakfast served". While asking the front desk why I wasn't told no pool or breakfast when I called 5 hours earlier to assure a room close to the pool, 3 (yes 3) people came to the front desk to say their room key wouldn't work and one person to say the elevator was "broken". Two other families also there upset they weren't told no pool or breakfast. I told the front desk clerk to cancel our room, knowing there would be no refund. We went to a VERY nice motel down the road. At 11:30pm I recieve a call from a young man asking if we were going to use the room. I told him I had cancelled and he said "oh, I will look into it". I called back one hour later and he answered "hello, this is my personal phone". I told him I was checking to see what he found out and he said "I don't recall calling anyone about a room, especially you" and hung up on me.
I know there was a lot of complaints about the pool and such....we did not need this. The room was fantastic...it looks like they are trying to remodel this hotel. Our room had a fridge, 2 top stove topand a microwave.

Well it advertises a pool and breakfast. Neither were in operation. I wouldnt count on it. Old motel that has been remodeled well.
We reserved a Suite and were given a normal room. We were told that is what we had reserved and it was not. The room had hair all over it from the time we got there. There was no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. The workers were rude when we asked for it.

I have stayed here a couple times before no issues. This time not a great experience, after booking based on having a pool, which when I checked in there was a sign that said it is closed. Which would have been nice to know on the website. Then coach roaches that was when I cancelled my stay for the next night. The guy up front did not really seem to care at all. There was also not hand soap in the room to wash your hands. Was not the best experience this time.
We booked this location purposely becasue they advertise a pool and we had our kids with us. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. So frusterating. We also booked this hotel because they advertise a roll away option. They no longer offer that. had I not paid for this room ahead of the arrival i would have walked out and went to a different hotel that HAD a pool. Staff didnt care at all that thier website has inaccurate information.
The checkin was slow and hectic. The Suburban studio room was nice and clean. We didn’t like that it was an internal room with the sliding door opening to the pool area. Fortunately, the pool was closed.
