Okay hotel

This is an okay hotel. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is basically cereal and a waffle machine. It worked for us.

At first glance, from the outside I wasn't sure about this hotel, however it turned out to be absolutely amazing! Super clean, awesome friendly staff, and very modern! The breakfast didn't have eggs or meat, but for the price I didn't mind! I highly recommend!

It was just ok, honestly to pricey but understandable with the NFL DRAFT being held Close by in Greenbay. It wasn’t worth what we paid for 2 Nights.

Nice hotel room, and good area, 5mins from downtown was helpful. The man who was running the front desk “Jay” was nice but we had some issues and he wasn’t very helpful. He double charged my card purposefully BEFORE I even checked in fully, and tried to tell me that Days Inn charges commission on Expedia bookings. I went outside to grab my husband, and my phone dinged off from my bank account with 2 transactions for the same amount, again… BEFORE I decided if we even wanted to keep our reservation. So instead of paying $100 for a night, I paid $200 and have yet to see any of the second charge returned.

Property is fine, Hospitality, not so much

Overall the property was fine. Check in time took like 10 mins. Front Desk person was new, however it took a long time for his trainer to get off the phone and come over an help him. We were checked into the wrong type of room (Queen instead of King), and I left a garment in the room. Called the property to have them send the garment (was willing to pay shipping) and they refused. Said I would need to come and get it.

I brought my dog and was pleasantly surprised on how clean the room was. I was given a suite that had a lot of room for the dog to run around. And solid surface floors that were easy to clean if she had an accident. This place really exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I would stay here over and over again. Me and Cookie had a great time! Also friendly and helpful staff!
