There is no free parking. If you go by car, the parking is 1,000 yen paid in cash, in advance. That would have been good to know. The hotel is under some construction now, so it was a little messy.

APA Hotel Okayama Ekimae
Relatively close to the train station and across from the Aion Mall-location was convenient. Hotel was very clean with several in room amenities other hotels don’t offer. Sento - public bath was also clean and relaxing. Rooms are quite compact and not a lot of room to pack and unpack.
