This hotel was absolutely filthy. Seemed as if the room hadn't been cleaned. There was mold and hair all over the shower.

初めて2日間利用したが、クチコミで悪いと言われるほど悪くなかった。朝と晩飯付きでこの値段はとても良いと思う(´-` 周りが値上がりしている中、逆に流行りそうな気がします。部屋が独特な匂いがする為、そこを我慢出来るなら☆5、出来ないなら☆3.5って感じかな。また利用したいと思います。

スタッフは、親切で感じが良かったです。 残念だったのは、掛け布団の生地が何箇所か破れていたところです。 去年は、大浴場が改装中で使用できませんでした。今年はサウナ、大浴場が綺麗でした。 同じく去年は、Wi-Fiがロビーのみでしたが、今年は部屋にも入っていました。良かったです。

部屋には壁掛け時計があり、時間が気になる人に便利だと思う。なんとなく掃除はいまいち、トイレのふたとテーブルがザラザラして気持ち悪かったです。館内階段が多いです。昔からあるホテルです、！

夕食、朝食付きで2名、1泊9000円以下 コスパは最高だが、清潔感はない ユニットバスのカーテンにはカビ、冷蔵庫内は溶けた氷の水滴、エアコン、照明には埃がたまっていた 部屋には歯ブラシがない 値段相応との認識のもと宿泊すべき 個人的にはあと数千円出して他のビジネスホテルにしておけばよかったと後悔している

歯ブラシと、歯磨き粉の置いてる 場所はフロントにあります。とか わかれば？ タオルは、1枚しかありませんので、 大浴場には置いてありません。注意事項が あればわかりやすい。 朝食のバイキングの、食券がどこに置いたらよいか？わからなかったので、 置き場を定位置に、わかりやすく表示してくれたほうが、良いかなと思いました。 朝食、夕食、の時間を過ぎますと 利用できない為、あらかじめ、キャンセルが発生する場合には、食品ロスのこともあるので、 必ず、ご連絡お願いしますの ことも、ホテルの利用案内の紙に取り入れてはと個人的に思いました。 チェックインの時間が16時の場合に？ 予約した方の順番ですが、先に着いた方の 待ち時間が発生してしまうので、 チェックインのことで、お客様の立場として すぐに対応していただけたら、 フロント内の混雑が発生せず、済むのではと思います。 綺麗な部屋でしっかり清掃が行き届いていたので、リラックスして過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。
