it was actually a fabulous day, the pool was great. We had a wonderful view. We went and did the inner tube ride, which was really fun going down the river and through the tunnels. I highly recommend that excursion. Duke was a delicious dinner. Kauai is a wonderful island. It's so beautiful and green. The people are very, very friendly. I would definitely go back and stay here again. Everyone at the Sheraton was extremely friendly. Such good customer service.

Loved the resort - just the right combination of size with plenty of options for food and recreation while also not too crowded. Love the pool area and the chairs facing the beach. Checked out bicycles and rode the bike path up the coastline. Easy access to beach towels, chairs, etc. Enjoyed the coffee shop. Splurged on restaurant breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Watched the sunrise each day at the beach with our coffee.

I booked this property at the very last minute as our previously booked hotel did not work out. We were so happy to see the property when we arrived. The reception lobby is beautiful, each clerk was kind and helpful, we love the valet staff, and the rooms are easily accessible. A favorite is the beautiful infinity pool, which we were in every day of our visit. Walk a few steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a nice game room for kids and young adult adults with pool tables and vintage video games, etc. Nice outdoor bar with quick food and live music in the evenings. We plan to go back there at least once or twice a year, just to enjoy this beautiful property.

We loved our stay here with our family of 4! There were lots of resort activities, the beach front wasn’t swimmable but perfect for lounging or sunrises. The food was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and everywhere was very clean. Highly recommend their luau.

The front desk and the bell hop, were all very friendly and helpful. Giving us suggestions of things to do and where to go. We were greeted with a lay and some fresh juice and check in was quick.Buffet was included in our package, food was good enough for a buffet, Charlie at the omelet bar was amazing,remembering I had food allergies and was very accommodating. The crooked surf had decent food and service seemed always on point. Hotel in general was very pretty, the rooms were so nice and kept very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Had a very relaxing stay.
