I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive in Mexico, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The resort is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush tropical gardens, pristine beaches, and beautiful pools. Every corner feels like paradise. The staff were beyond amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, whether at the front desk, restaurants, or poolside bars. The food and drinks were fantastic! There were so many options, from delicious buffets to à la carte restaurants with international cuisine. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. The villas where I stayed were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the attention to detail — the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. The beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and there was always something to do — from snorkeling and kayaking to live shows and entertainment in the evenings. The spa was also an amazing highlight — peaceful, rejuvenating, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I can’t recommend this resort enough! It’s the perfect destination for couples, families, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!

Room wasn't clean, was water damage in washroom,nobody want to fix fir few hours. Phone in the room didn't work for 5 days.We cganged 3 coffemaker in the room.WiFi problems, TV the mostly on Mexican and no Gid. Line for food, coffee,cards, towels.Intertiment only on weekend. The same cold food every day. Should be 3 stars. Plus Expedia screwed up is big with plane tickets. Instead of WestJet round trip they give us tickets from Mexico throw American Unated 17 hours flight to Toronto with 2 stops in USA . I call next day but they refused to cgange flight or return our money. And I bought new tickets . After 10 years of good services no more Expidia for us!!!!!

From the time we arrived, to check in process to the golf cart ride to our villa was nice. The room was beyond our expectations and it was very nice. Loved the fact we had a butler and a swim up pool. Also had access to the other adukt only resort TRS too. The food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time. I would highly recommend to stay at the Grand Palladium. Shout out to Villa 51 butler Erick,who came through with saving our dinner reservations that wasn’t confirmed for whatever reason.

I love this place, I was amazed how good the breakfast was for us. I am a very picky eater and my breakfast was never burnt and was cooked perfectly. The reservations for the dinner restaurant was fast and easy by text message on WhatsApp. The only thing I did not like was the food at the dinner restaurant. The food did not meet my expectations. The vip restaurant called the Nest was beyond my expectations and love that restaurant. Love that it had day care for the kids while we eat Beach was beautiful and clean. No matter the situation the staff is always smiling and doing their best. No complaint against them. I would recommend this place again with VIP and the nest restaurant. I also want to mention the gym was very clean and the equipments doesn’t have rust like other resorts. This will be my go to resort

We truly enjoyed our stay at FS Kantenah. The location was wonderful & wasn’t overly crowded this time of year. The grounds are beautiful & we loved being within the mangrove trees throughout the resort. The staff was friendly & mostly helpful when we had an issue. The general service was nice throughout the resort. We had a swim up suite & didn’t use it as much as expected because the FS pool wasn’t crowded at any point. Also… the FS pool has to be one of the best designed pools we’ve ever used. The service at this pool was also impeccable, thank you Lizbeth and Maria!! We enjoyed all of our meals and the ice cream is wonderful. Just keep in mind that cooking styles vary between countries. The let downs: the junior club was a major disappointment in the evening. It should be geared towards 8-13 year olds because 15-19 year olds don’t want to go to a “pajama party”. They do a great job with activities at the FS pool for kids age 6-12 & they should focus on that age group for the evening activities as well. FS Kantenah, if you want suggestions, let me know. The butlers were very nice & always helpful when they could quickly solve our problem. But, if the issue needed to be fixed the next day, the ball was dropped, especially if the butler was not the same person. While picky, the rooms could benefit from some more humidity control. Everything always felt a bit “damp”. It would also help with overall room comfort. We would certainly return again!!!

We are very glad that we choose the Family Selection package with the resort, everyone in the family enjoyed the time, the butler service is awesome, Ana and Erick are both very responsive and super helpful. We love the restaurant arrangement and the daily activities. My son refuse to cut-off the bracelet as he loves the place so much. We will definitely come back.
