This is a brand-new building that's still being completed, and we felt so lucky to be able to stay here! The city views are absolutely incredible (you can see the Petronas Towers, Merdeka, Pavilions, and KLCC Park was right below us... it was perfect!), the rooms were spotless, and everything was beautifully decorated and furnished. There was 24-hour security, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. We were so disappointed that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the infinity pool—the views were incredible! The property management team was excellent with communication and made our stay seamless. The condo had everything we could have asked for, and we can't wait to come back and stay again! Thank you!

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

Very convenient ideal for short trip not for a vacation

This hotel has such a unique look and atmosphere. Very stylish, yet simple. Wonderful comfortable rooms in a very convenient location. The staff were some of the kindest and helpful I've ever had. They seemed so eager to help and make sure that my stay was comfortable. I will definitely look here first the next time I come back.
