The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality.

Great location and very clean. However, there was some construction next to the hotel, and occasionally there was an unpleasant sewage smell.

Luxirios and super clean property. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend the sea view room. Breakfast has lots of varieties mainly local food.. Cold cuts and cheese not good at all. Omlette station very bad. Never thought that a simple omlette can be made that bad. Overall food and beverage can improve since this is is not Crowne Plaza standard.

The hotel was well located within the centre of Penang with a good selection of restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. The staff both at reception and also cleaning were excellent in particular a staff member who took care of my room who goes by the name of Harun was a lovely chap who could not do enough for us. We felt very welcomed throughout our day and would recommend the granite hotel to future visitors of Penang.
