Fleas in the bed, torn curtains, elevators stopped working, dead batteries on door locks, clogged bathroom drain, clogged air conditioner filters and computer system was down. Could not get receipt for stay and had to call twice to get one sent via email. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend. Not the type of hotel you expect with the Marriott name.

Great hotel!

We came for family weekend at WMU and stayed two nights. It was perfect for what we needed. We loved having a full size refrigerator and a kitchen. The hotel is older but still in great shape. We will definitely be back!

Not too impressed but it was okay. They dont do full cleaning everyday. Its always every other day unless you make a request for it to be done everyday. Otherwise its just taking garbage out everyday. The renovation is overdue for sure! The spring bed was almost broken but I survived! Kitchen was fully operational which is what I needed the most. Both Elevators were out of the service for the whole week and im sure they still have mot fixed them yet! I specifically looked for bwd bugs did not find any to my surprise otherwise it would have been a disaster and I would have checked out immediately. Can not rule out checking for bed bugs given its current condition.

Overall great stay. When I arrived to this location after I booked through Expedia for better rates I had learned right away when checking in that their system hard drive was severely corrupted.tge place was nice staff was nice even though I had to deal with 3 different inconvent issues, I understand that they were dealing with a complete system crash the three days I booked. I don't hold this against them but had to deal with it. I ended up staying a extra night I spoke with management to drip a flawed charge also they didn't charge me the extra night.profeshionalness of the situation could have been more transport but again it seemed like they were dealing with a huge system corruption. Also it was very clean but I will note that this location has a kitchen the rooms, everything was clean but Everytime you walked in it smelled like musky mildew obviously from the kitchen.

When I checked in, I had to fill out a paper form because their computer system was down. This included my credit card info and PIN. I was told the system would be down about an hour, after which they would shred the form I filled out. When I checked out the following morning, they still had the form in a stack, unsecured. If my credit card info has been stolen, I’ll know the origin. This is sloppy hotel management. You took me back to the ‘70s, Marriott. You’ve lost a customer.

The place is very moldy. Room 132 constant runny nose headache had a bug crawl on me the bathrooms were gross. Long Hair strands everywhere we transferred to another room and the bathroom was extremely unhealthy the tub was so grimey again very long black strands of hair all over the floor in bathroom and counter. When you leave and come back in the room its so musty the carpets were gross too. A lot of vagrants hanging around the outside of the building. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly but this place needs a complete overhaul in cleaning. We never got to use the swimming pool it was closed because some pooped in it.

Comfortable

Someone had either thrown up or out the other end onto the wall that wasn’t cleaned up. The toilet tub and sink were clean but hair and dust on edges of floor and onboards along with tags from items left by a previous guest and the carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The pool was chilly but clean and lots of towels. Staff and breakfast options were great.
