There were obvious cockroaches as soon as we opened the door. There was a large hole in the floor board at the head of the bed that we saw as soon as we opened the door. We didn’t go in any further after that. It was awful!!!
There was numerous issues and the iwer shiwed no concern when i addressed them to him. He stated that the cleaning crew was suppose to tell him of issues and they were not doing so. I feel I should be given a refund as i had to move to another motel .
Gonna have to give a poor rating, when I arrived at the motel if that’s what you want to call it, my room which I had already been charged to my card was “taken”. Had to find somewhere else to stay. They will not refund me yet. It’s been a battle for about a month
It took three tries to find the right key for the room, there was a dirty handprint on the inside of the door, bugs running all over the bed and the room smelled like marijuana. I left and went to another hotel

We needed to let the hotel know that we were going to be a late check-in, but we could not find a phone number that would reach the hotel directly. We talked to some guys multiple times who gave us a number for some place in Georgia, not the hotel in Sturgis. When we got to the hotel, there were no rooms available, and the office was closed. We had to go elsewhere. We were really upset that we could not call the hotel directly and then were given the wrong number twice. Never going to that hotel again. Not going to use Expedia again.
The room smelled like smoke. I requested a new rooom. I was told nothing was available, although hotel.com showed 2 available. I was offered febreeze to spray
Furniture had old stains, cobwebs on the lampshade. The bed was hard which I do like because of my back problems but if you move just a little bit it made loud sounds so I didn't sleep well at all. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work either.
There was no room available at all, so i couldnt stayed. I please need my refund asap. Expedia false advertising. The owner of the property said there was no vacancies at all, to request refund from Expedia directly. I contacted Expedia right away, but i havent received my money back yet. This is ridiculous.
Old units. Keyed locks. Deadbolt didnt work. AC too small for unit. Shower bar fell down. Saw a guy taking a shower in the rain on the property. Property was dirty.
Our room was infested with cockroaches. Floors were weak and soft in places. Refrigerator wouldn't close. Tub and sink were grose looked like somebody cooked in it. Wouldn't refund,said we have to go through who ever we booked with.
Thieves! When I showed up they claimed they were over booked and then when I tried to get the refund for their mistake they lied to Hotels.com and said I never showed up. Despicable people!
Floors were dirty but at least the Flooring is Rather New!

I booked a 2 bed room thru Expedia. My buddy and I showed up and they did not have a 2 bed room. We left after learning this without checking in and they billed my credit card anyway.
Expedia tried to contact them but of course no answer. This place is only for the desperate
Room smelled horribly. There were homeless people in the parking lot. I used to be a truck driver and stayed in many, many many motel rooms. This was the worst and smelled the worst. I couldn't stay in the room and left to find normal accomodations.
