The central pool & games for kids was super. The staff were friendly & the shower bathroom was excellent. Sadly the pillows were to fat & only one kind in the room. The bed was advertised as a queen bed, it struggled to be a double. Also I purchased an ocean view room, which was only a partial ocean view room, very disappointing. Also the room had way to much furniture, seats, bench & table which was then to crowded. The price was steep for the room & amenities provided.

Shari, the front girl desk checked us in quickly. I requested a microwave for my room which was sent promptly. I later requested an iron and ironing board which was brought up immediately. The service was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely one night stay.

We got a recently renovated room and it was absolutely stunning! Felt like I was in a high end resort. Although I did not use any of the amenities, the hotel staff was so friendly. They allowed us to use a room to freshen up after checkout.

Came to the north shore to do wingfoiling and this hotel was perfect. The hotel is RIGHT ON the harbor beach ... if I had my own gear I could have launched from the hotel beach. Instead, I just had to walk down the beach to the spot where I met my instructor. The price was right, room was small but clean and comfy. Great stay!

Never stay there again.

We had a room with a view of the parking lot, next to the restaurant. Ugly and noisy one night. Our coffee pot didn’t work, told them and they never brought us a new one. Room was out dated. Refrigerator was kind of hanging on the wall and nearly fell off. No towels bar by sink to hang your washcloths or hand towels. When we checked out had to pay an additional $40 per night for parking and amenities. What’s that about? Although I know other places do that I usually never frequent them. We had just come from Napili Kai area and this motel was an utter disappointment. Will not stay here again.
