This stay was just awful, mostly due to the desk staff. The fire alarm went off, no ones fault and the FD was there quickly. We of course had to use the stairs and when we got to the lobby, the person at the desk "M", looked like a deer in headlights and was actually giggling. After we got the all clear, the FD could not reset the elevators and the associate at the desk was clueless. I get that things happen, but what I don't get is the attitude of the staff. AND, there was NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience or any effort to even acknowledge the issue. I think there should have at the VERY LEAST an apology and in my opinion, a free breakfast for those affected should have been offered, something, but to treat it as a joke is incomprehensible to me.

Staff was friendly! One of the most sketch places I’ve stayed. - the door did not close properly and I had to hold my whole body against it to close and dead bolt it since that was the only lock out of 3 that worked -no towels in the bathroom to use -the door to go inside was propped open by a rock… -my mattress had no fitted sheet, the bed was not fully covered -only 2 tiny lumpy pillows -no WiFi -only 2 of my lights worked and that was the bathroom and one lamp so it was very dark -leaving no one was there so I just left my key at the desk -the ac was okay but still very muggy in the room Overall would not recommend, I slept on top of the bed using a bag as a pillow and woke up constantly due to fear of not trusting the lock on the door.

Unique place on a beautiful property. So peaceful with an amazing view of the lake. A bit confused at first about the seperate suites. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time exploring the area.

Bonnie the front desk, receptionist, was fantastic wonderful employee very helpful with everything. I believe she deserves a raise. She is a great employee and I would not let her go if I was the Company. The bed was comfortable the room was clean, just with the remodel, there are a few minor aesthetic issues but nothing major, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you.

Breakfast could be improved. No bacon or sausage. The room took about a full day to cool down. Fan would not adjust off low. Shower was great, bed comfortable. Ice machine was not working.
