"Decent hotel for price"
Evening staff at check in nice, morning staff at check out extremely rude. Housekeepers extremely loud. No coffee maker. Electrical plugs hard to find in room. Overall, the motel and room were nice. Bed was kind of hard and an extra blanket in the room would have been nice seeing as how it was cold. Would stay again.

"Okay for the price"
It was an okay stay for the price. Room was decent, but awkwardly set up. Didn't feel quite as clean as other Holiday Inn Expresses. Housekeeping knocked 2 separate times in the morning trying to come in and clean because their records showed we had already checked out. They need a new system of keeping track of which rooms have checked out already.

"No longer allows pets"
Arrived at the hotel which is also an extended stay place. Since it was after normal business hours, I had to use the phone on the wall to call for someone. After 10 minutes the front desk person who also doubles as the on site repairman, arrived to check me in. I was told they no longer allow pets due to how expensive it became. He was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I had to find another hotel down the road to stay in. The environment from I saw was clean and nice and so was the staff. Propably would have enjoyed my stay if I did not have my dog with me.

"Good hotel close to shopping"
Hotel staff were pleasant and checked me in and out quickly and efficiently. Room was clean and free of odors. Dark light blocking curtains were very welcome and reinforced my feelings of privacy. Free breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. Only mark against it is the ugly rusty shipping container in the back of the parking lot. This was an eyesore that brought the overall appearance of the hotel down a notch.

"The price is right if you just want functionality."
Motel managed by husband-wife team from India. The wife speaks English quite well & she is very friendly & seems to do everything. The husband does not speak English well. The beds were fairly new as was the bedding, carpets & tile. Our room had two beds & a older sofa that folded out to a double sized bed. The room was quite large. Small refrigerator & microwave sitting on 1 of 2 tables in the room. The motel was constructed out of cinder block so it was very quiet. There was a new flat screen TV mounted on the wall. 1 awesome family restaurant (Stacy's) right next door. Now for the negatives. The beds were very stiff. The carpet & tile installation were bad. The new toilet was installed very badly but it worked fine. The paint job was sloppy. We were on the second floor & there is no elevator (not a big deal for us) The stairs were very uneven. There was a big gap around our door & the deadbolt didn't work because the door jam was bent. The dressers in the room were old & one had holes in the top where a TV used to be mounted. The closets were strange. There was one small closet that was a coat closet-no door & 4 hangers. There was another larger closet that used to have sliding doors. The doors were gone; the rod was also missing. So this big space was useless. No luggage racks. The other table blocked the door from fully opening. We tried to move it into the big closet but it didn't fit. So for the price this place was alright.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Junction City hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
