Rooms are run down and barren. Little to no counter space. TV is terrible. ROACHES. not disability friendly. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the owners are less than decent. Not worth the price.

At first i thought the reviews were a bit exaggerated but once i checked in to my room the cigarette smell hit like a bus. The rooms were dirty, the floors and the sheets had stains... White stains. The bathrooms werent properly cleaned and poop from the last people still in the toilet. Read reviews before going anywhere and listen to them. Lesson learned.

The basics done well and at a great price

This establishment is located in the back of a commercial center just off I-49 between Joplin, Missouri, and Bentonville, Arkansas. It provides a very adequate place to lay over one night while en route, though it would be less well suited to extended stays. The room was ample and comfortable enough, especially in consideration of the very modest rate charged. The television and wifi in the room both worked as expected, though the indoor pool was out of service, a minor disappointment since I visited in the summer. The bed was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was satisfying enough to meet my expectations for an Econo Lodge or competing budget-priced hotels. Overall, my experience was a good one, fulfilling my modest expectations for basic but decent accommodations at a low price.

Hotel had holes in the wall, air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms and we did jot realize there was NOT an elevator to the second floor. This hotel is not handicap accessible. We were charged for the se ond night even though we could not stay due to not beinf handicap accessible.

Let me start by saying that lodging options in this city are very limited. If you want more options you are going to have to drive 30 min in either direction to Joplin, MO or Bentonville, AR. Anderson is a small, but friendly town, and everything closes fairly early around 9:00pm. The hotel has extremely friendly staff and are very welcoming. I checked in about 8:30pm and there were crumbs and bread crust on the front desk counter, likely from a previous customer that had not yet been noticed. The facility does not have an elevator so you have to take the stairs to the second floor. The stairways need to be vacuumed. The rooms are not high frills, but they are clean. It is next to a gas station and literally right off the highway which makes it very convenient to fuel up and get back on the road when you're leaving. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning which has more options than most including fruit, muffins, poptarts, cliff bars, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and juice. Overall, its a great place to stay on a budget or in a crunch. The beds are comfortable and clean and the staff is kind.
