We will not be going back , the room was very compact, in looking for extra blanket found mice dropping. We had prepaid for our stay so we were stuck staying there , we were very careful in what we used in the room . The complex was under construction at time of our visit , so I do not know if that is reason it was hard to get a hold of someone in the office . We only seen one office staff and that was when we got our key.

Clean room

We arrived after 9pm to a unit with the patio door open and a nice beach breeze coming in; i thought how odd…After a few minutes of walking around barefoot to set up the sleeper sofa bed my feet were filthy! The fitted sheet had holes in multiple places and the flat sheet and blanket had green stains as well. After we closed the door to go to sleep, the smell of residual burn started to fill the space. By 11pm, the smell was very strong. We left the fans on, but didn’t open the door because we didn’t know how safe it would be to do so. I couldn’t sleep all night worrying about the toxins that we were inhaling; especially my son who has autism (harder for him to rid his body of toxins in general) and who was in the room that smelled the strongest. I wondered about the fire that had to have been in the unit because what else would explain the stench? In the morning, I woke up with a sore throat and nausea. We got ready for our morning and as we headed out I called the rep and asked if there had been a fire in the unit. She said there had a been a beach burn out during the day, which happens often, and the smoke travels into the unit. I let her know that the smell was very strong and made us sick. I asked to switch to another unit, but another unit was not available. I then asked to be refunded for the 2nd night as I did not want to sleep there again. She said she would ask the owner, but could not guarantee anything. Owner agreed. Guests should be warned/told beforehand.

Great hotel for families, just few steps to the beach and restaurants, very clean and with friendly and helpful staff.

Adorable boutique hotel, the kitchenette was amazing and it was decorated so nicely!

It was very nice love the location. The view was excellent. We will do it again.
