Upon checkin I was asked for credit card for incidentals. Instead I was charged for the room a second time. The desk clerk refused to give me a refund even when I showed her the receipt from third party app.

Only one ice machine on the ground level and did not disperse ice cubes, only slush. Missing bolts to hold down toilet, deadbolt on door did not work, updated vinyl flooring but poorly installed. The hotel seemed to be under construction, the front entrance was wrapped with yellow caution tape, so you could not unload your car under the front over hang in the rain. Sub-standard to other Choice hotels, however the room itself was clean.

Worst Hotel ever.

Thus hotell was in such poor condition, it was very disturbing. The main entrance was closed due to the collapse of the drive up entrance. The front door of our room did not close properly [room 110] and my daughter could neither open itnor close it. I had to physicallly left the door up to close it. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was grey with stains. Their was black mold in the grout and the calk around the entire tub was flaking away. I was so disturbed by the bathroom that i did not ake a shower.

I was disappointed. I reserved a non- smoking room and the room I was assigned 311 smelled heavy of smoking. Also, the toilet had a dirt ring on the inside. Also shower head sprays water in an unfavorable pattern.

It was dirty, my room that I booked that was supposedly a sweet was literally the same size and had the same things in it as a regular room. The tub clogged and was filled with hair, the trash was not changed, the sheets were clearly not changed seeing us how there was makeup on them and the fitted sheet was just turned inside out. They were hairs in the bed. And the lock had clearly been tampered with multiple times so there was no feeling of security whatsoever. The AC did not work, and it was so damp in there because there's absolutely no fan or ventilation. Incredibly dissatisfied and I requested a refund or to be comped somehow and have heard nothing.

This place needs some help

From fire alarm going off at 5:00 am for thirty minutes and then again at 8:30, to the room having a musty smell, not enough towels, no sign in the parking lot. Maybe that’s just the direction of how Johnson City is going, but the place resembles a flop house. Person at the desk was pleasant, that’s the only good thing I have to say. The Comfort Inn in Binghamton is miles better than this place.

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, but the positivity ends there. Water was leaking from the walls in the bathroom, and paint was bubbling from the leaks. The bedroom window on the ground floor had no drawstrings to close the curtain, so anyone walking by could look directly into the room. Breakfast was spent listening to employees arriving for the day complaining vocally about how much they hated being there. Cleanliness of the room was average, no issues there. Sheets were clean and smelled lovely.

Unbelievable accusation

my husband has severe copd and has a nebulizer he uses twice a day for breathing he puts liquid in the machine prescribed medication . They tried billing me $200 dollars for smoking in the room .We don’t smoke obviously I left the place crying my husband is in terrible condition with his lungs.I cannot believe they said we smoked in the room

Located near shopping and food. Heavy smells in entry, elevator, and hallways. In the room there was left over hair from the last occupants in the bathroom, collected bathroom stains around the base of the toilet, and under the sink vanity were dried puddles of what appeared to be pet urine.
