Nice building and great staff. But, I’ll never stay there again. Way too much of a party atmosphere. The big thing is there is a nightclub on the roof of one of the hotel buildings that blasts club music until 1 AM. It’s so loud the bass shakes the room. The fact this isn’t mentioned during booking seems way out of line for a Marriott. We also had to call security because the room upstairs sounded like there was a fight going on, complete with screaming and banging on the exterior windows. I’m not whiny or overly sensitive, but the whole experience was weird. (to the credit of the staff, after I called security, they did take care of it pretty quick and the noise stopped in the room above us.) Like I said, weird environment for a Marriott and I won’t be back.

The location was great unfortunately, the staff are not that helpful. Their coffee is only from 6am to 10am. There’s no water provided for the guests. Parking is valet only and it’s super expensive. They take an immediate credit of $50 per day which is consumable, but like my family, we don’t eat much at the property and had to leave early so we didn’t get to use it.

Amazing location and staff. Will stay again next time. Beautiful suite and peaceful while close to everything

The hotel was right on the river and in the best location. The staff were polite and took care of my inquiries. The room had plenty of towels. The A/C worked well. The reason for three stars was that my room needed an overhaul and a deep, deep cleaning... not just a daily cleaning. Complete dusting (baseboards were dirty) and vacuuming. The desk chair looked dirty and had stains. I paid for a room with a balcony… this balcony was 2 ft x 3 ft and didn't look safe with the rotten deck boards. There was a “sewage” smell at certain times of day in the hallway and our room.
