I think your experience depends on what unit you get. If you are in a downstairs unit, the hotel is nowhere near worthy of the price. You can hear every move of the guests from the unit above you.

The lake and mountain views were wonderful. We enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate machine and the many chairs on the dock. We also enjoyed the free canoeing! Our neighbors were being loud around 3am and woke me up, the staff kindly asked them to keep it down. Would stay again!

Beautiful area. Amazing food at the onsite restaurant Aalto. The room was just ok. Everything was clean but a little dated for the price. We were only there for one night so wasn’t a big deal. It was worth the location! Friendly check in and coffee provided in room and in the lobby.

Pyramid lake was a perfect stay for us. Free coffee in the lobby and complimentary kayaking or bike rides were not expected but truly loved. It was very peaceful.

Beautiful setting wishing there were more chairs on the dock but enjoyed the bench and beautiful sunset just the same. The entry doors to the units couple be oiled as they are quite squeak. They brought us extra towels and coffee and staff all very friendly.
