My room looked into the car park which I didnt quite appreciate when booking. The noise from upstairs was quite a lot. The place was clean and the setting by the lake good except our room was not near the river. The staff were lovely and helpful and the Bistro food was very nice.

We loved our stay at the Pine Bungalows. We dud have wifi, which was a surprise and did not miss not having a TV at all! Took advantage of the nice walk next to the river and the firewood provided for our fire outside the cabin. Also saw deer and Elk while staying there.

One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed! We really loved having our own private cabin and roasting marshmallows with a beautiful view of the river. There were also tons of elk surrounding the area which was awesome!

The cabin was great. Food options limited, bed & pillows uncomfortable for us-too soft. Operable windows to let cool air in at night. Water pressure for shower was great as was hot water. If we stayed longer, the ref too small. Internet access was spotty. Check-in ok. Some language issue but overall good. I would consider staying again.

The property does not have air conditioning, so please keep that in mind. When I inquired about it, they provided two fans, but one of them was broken. Additionally, there were many bugs coming out from under the bed. Considering the price they charge, it's not worth it—pretty much all the hotels in Jasper feel like a rip-off, especially in the summer. The pictures displayed online do not accurately reflect reality; it’s very misleading. Besides the bug issue, the area around the entrance was unkempt, with weeds growing all over and poor maintenance overall. We paid $600 a night, which is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I loved having a river front cabin on the Athabasca River. It was very relaxing They even provided free firewood each night for a campfire. It made you feel like you were camping, but in a very nice cabin instead. Everthing was clean and well maintained. You could tell they really cared about their property and customers. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Highly recommend!! The staff were amazing. Lyan helped me at the front desk. She was patient, helpful and went above to ensure I had a good stay. It’s a great location too! Right at the foot of Jasper. Lovely grounds. Rooms were very clean, and had no issues.
