Good central hotel

A mix up with the booking and facilities was swiftly resolved by reception staff The hotel is walkable to town and shops The facilities are good. The only negative was a dirty microwave

The hotel was ok but it’s very tired and run down. The pool area was good but the hot tub walking area was so hot in the late afternoon it burned mine and my kid’s feet. The trail behind the hotel was great. Staff was ok. Staff in the cafe were not great at all - couldn’t even be bothered to say hi before I placed my order. With all the choices in Jasper, I don’t think I would consider this as an option

This is an older building with smaller than normal beds. However, it is in a great location, close to many dining options and is a unique place to stay at (if you don't need a lengthier bed with better support). Staff is very friendly and helpful and we had no issues with our room.

We had a great stay. decor is a little outdated and there were some signs of wear and tear. Overall, for the price I would stay again. very clean. pool and hot tub were also clean and enjoyable.

Dated decor.

The rooms are dated and dark. Curtains need to be replaced. They had holes in them. In the kitchen sitting area sofa is a dated vinyl material. No lights in living area except a bright overhead fluorescent one. The beds were comfortable and clean.
