Right off the highway and an easy drive to attractions in Jamestown. Bob Evans restaurant across the street and a gas station next door also very convenient. Comfortable clean room. My only wondering is why the bed and the sink were both so ridiculously high! I felt a bit like a mountain climber getting into bed and the bathroom sink was chest high. Very puzzling but not a dealbreaker.

Room was nice sized and clean. Mini fridge was a plus. Common areas of front entrance, lobby, dining area & pool were brightly lit and well maintained. Free breakfast each morning was very good. Nice selection of hot & cold offerings. Located near a pizza place, McDonald's, Tim Horton's & Bob Evans. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Jamestown.

Perfection

I was very friendly for check-in. Even the housekeeping and people who set up the breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety with hot and cold items. Fresh fruit throughout the day available plus coffee and tea and hot chocolate all day, long as well. Room was wonderful, clean, comfortable, lots of storage, loved the bathroom (especially the sink was higher than in most hotels, which made it easier to brush teeth without dripping all over). Beds were comfortable room had plenty of pillows, with refrigerator and in microwave. This allow us to eat our dinner in the room without having to go to a restaurant as we were quite tired from our travels.

Quality control in the guest room was very very low either during a renovation or original installation. Many things lacked attention to detail. Very poor lighting over desk area. Toilet was loose on the floor. Wooden door to Refrigerator doordragged on the floor. In the food service area the trash receptacle should’ve been placed by the exit. Not the very back part other facility. The carpet in the guestroom, quarters were very, very dirty, however, the lighting was very good. The food service for breakfast was very good. On the outside in the front of the building, there were many dead bushes. What I received my billing on my credit card statement a significant error has been made.

It was clean and easy access to the area to see anything we wanted. I lived in the area from 1982 to 1984, and it's the best option. Breakfast was good, and we had the pool to ourselves, considering it was a busy weekend. We'd go there again in a heartbeat.
