The room could have been cleaner and extremely small television for such a large room.

Did not even go in. Drove around the property most of the rooms were boarded up. There were a lot of cars that looked abandoned and also had flat tires. Got there too late to cancel and not feel safe to even get out of the car. Did not want my family to stay in a place like this. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Spent an hour driving around to get another couple of rooms. Ended up late at night then had an early flight to get to the next morning. Made for a terrible start for our vacation.

Beautiful downtown loft in a great location within walking distance to many must see attractions like The Civil Rights Museum and the Rock and Soul Museum. Liked the safe and secure parking in the basement parking garage. Loft was a very well decorated warehouse industrial design. We stayed in Loft 302 Elvis the Legend theme. Highly recommend to others. We would stay there again and pick a different themed loft.

No WIFI until Monday (checked in Saturday)... that's fine. We'll survive. Got ready for the pool. Opened a door to what I thought was the pool. Looked like a storage room and covers/ tarps on the ground. Turns out that was the pool. Was told the poolis closed. Front desk claimed a pipe burst a few days prior. I call BS. With the amount of stuff in that room, it looks like they purposely closed the pool down. The next morning, there was a lock and chain on that door. Rented 2 rooms. One room had a slanted floor. Only noticed it when I walked toward the headboard on the window side of the bed. In the same room with the slanted floor, were ants on the walls and in the bed. Killed a few ants. Got a new room for that night. Luckily, the new room was ant free.
