I have been on crutches on and off the last few weeks and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room because the elevator was broken, after having requested the 1st floor. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. However the hallway getting to the room was really small and it made it quite difficult if you had to use the luggage cart. Additionally the only elevator seemed like it had seen better days and could use some maitenence. Other than that the room was spacious and clean
