Check in was done digitally and the location is great. The condition of the room was what you would expect from a minimally invested in motel. The beds were fine but all in our group remarked that it was the place on our trip that we would not stay at again

This is a quaint property on the outskirts of victor. We arrived late in the evening so the door code check in was great. Room was large enough to accommodate the three of us comfortably and had a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed our stay.

Solid stay with no frills but the right price

I was slightly concerned by some of the negative reviews, but turns out it was for nothing. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. WiFi worked great. Not having an office open or an attendant is a plus in my book. Being a fifth of the cost of rooms in Jackson makes this place a no brainer, it is a perfect home base for visiting Grand Teton NP, and there are great food options in Victor as well. Also, parking lot is now paved, contrary to what previous users reported.

There were only two (very flat) pillows in the room. There was no one in the front office after 3pm. The fan in the bathroom was broken, and the property was aesthetically unappealing. Other than that it was decent.

No onsite staff for check-ins. Hard to get a hold of them, don't answer emails or texts. Phone calls are 50/50 if they answer or not. We had no major issues, but others who were checking in at the same time did.

It was nice to find an affordable room with a kitchen near Jackson Hole. There wasn’t much to do or see in Victor itself, but the room was good: a studio with a comfortable king bed and a kitchen (including full-sized stove, oven, microwave, and fridge). The check-in was done via text, with a code for the door, so it was completely contactless. Definitely a motel and nothing fancy, but it worked for us!

I had very bad experience with service of this motel. Starting with broken toilet seat. Dirty comforter with stains on it. Asked them to service my room multiple times and they didnt do it, had to use same towels for 4 days and sleep in dirty sheets. Their customer service barely replies and i didnt see any staff on the property. Once they messaged me towels are in office and there were none. I visited multiple times. I would not stay here in the future.
