Very impersonal welcome; phone on counter saying to call for someone to come check us in. Told we needed to request room cleaning. What? Should be a part of the expensive bill. Then, when I did request after a couple of days, they had not touched the room. When I asked for come monetary compensation, I got a free apology and an offer to clean it the next morning!! Gee, thanks. Expensive place and they were not concerned with the lack of service we received. Glad we won't stay there again.

Cable tv didn’t work, faucet was broken, and shower pressure was low. Kept asking stuff about getting stuff fixed all they said is (I don’t know), the food was bad. Rooms get cleaned every 3 days. Hard to find anyone up in the front desk, called before arrival and no one answered the phone. Staff was too busy being on their phones. For $450 a day this isn’t worth it, it’s a motel not a hotel. Rather go to New York than stay here.

Wonderful stay in a cute town.

This was such a great stay. The staff at the front desk were delightful. The entire place is essentially, spotless. My family and I would recommend Cobblestone to anyone traveling in the region. Although the hotel is not in Jackson Hole, it is a relatively quick drive with gorgeous views. Passengers should keep their eyes on the hills. We ended up seeing more wildlife there than in the parks. We saw elk, and moose about 3 times.
