When I arrive to check in, the front desk clerk rudely told me I was interrupting his brunch. I politely left came back an hour later. Later that evening, I realize that I did not need the reservation. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked to cancel. They told me there would be one night charge which I agreed to and they confirmed that they would refund the other three nights. Despite follow up phone calls from me and from Expedia tthey have not done as promised and will not refund my money although the cancellation policy says I will only be charged for one night. I would avoid the super eight at all cost!

Overwhelming smell of air freshener in lobby and hallway. Stuffy room. AC was not on during 90 degrees weekend. Room smeled like sweat ( onions). Stuffiness and sweat smell penetrated into bed coverings.

Homeless area!

Horrible! I counted approx 15-18 homeless people hang out parking lot and many lives upstairs room for rent. Also the side door card swap is not function-had to walk around front door

Not good. Not bad. It was a place to stay

The gentleman that checked us in was great. My only complaint would be the mattress heavily stained mattress and mattress cover. Safety was the other concern as the screen was severely damaged leaving me to think someone broke into that room once before. Or at least attempted to do so. Upon arrival there was a meth head standing under a tree by the lobby entrance leaving me to think that wasn't the best of neighborhoods. The only other complaint was other guests were being loud all night.

The vibes of the hotel were horrible. We weren’t even greeted when we walked in and the first room that we were given, was dirty with a broom in it and stuff all over the bed. The second room had to be checked to make sure that it was clean prior And wasn’t fitting for us. Overall, I stayed for 30 minutes and left.
