In need of major renovations. The roof was leaking and the indoor pool was slimy. Our ac was leaking so the carpet was wet near it. The comforter was stained we used our own. Food was good.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast! The rooms are in hood shape, very clean the bathroom as well very clean, the more important for us is the bed and bathroom, upgrades need: TV!! To small and Not smart, Direct TV exist yet? 😁, everything goes well,

Great spot

Very old property that is completely in good shape. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Both pools are well maintained. Many places to eat within walking distance.

Decent place to stay. The price is a bit high for the age of the property. Staff is good and work with what they got. The owners of this hotel should take some money and replace carpet in rooms and food areas. Try to improve the place with a small percentage of the overpriced rate. The property will only get worse with age if no improvements are made.

Mixed bag …

My main complaint was the clanging air conditioner that went off with a bang every two minutes. No sleep in two nights. The hotel needs some sprucing up. The rooms are clean, though. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering something for even picky eaters.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is very nice and helpful. The beds are soft which were not comfortable to my family. The hotel itself is clean but desperately needs a renovation.

The only thing I would like to see them improve upon is their accessibility. Being on a walker and a cane I had a difficult time manoeuvring the doors and walkways that were not accessible. Other than that, it was clean, quiet and comfortable, and I would stay there again.

Best breakfast in NY State!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area.
