Loud music after midnight

First of all, I do want to acknowledge that the hotel is clean and facility is nice. The hotel staff are nice and courteous. What really made me unhappy about the stay was that my neighbor room seemed to be having a party with loud music and talking and cheering after midnight till 3am while no staff was around. I made several attempts to call the front desk, room service, housekeep between 1 and 2 am with no response. I was traveling alone with my little one and I didn’t want to leave her alone in the room and go downstairs by myself. The quality of service usually comes from the details, and that’s what I think is missing.

Beware of this hotel scamming you. After checking out, I noticed a 500.00 dollar charge. I called and spoke to the assistant manager, Kaitlyn, and she stated that the charge was a smoking fee. She stated that the smoking sensory level in the room was high at 2:20 pm and based off the report they cannot issue a refund. At that time I was blow drying my hair followed by straightening my hair to get ready for a wedding. I am a non-smoker and I don’t vape. Nothing was damaged in the room and there was never any unusual smell of tobacco in the room. In addition, not once did an employee or manager came to the room for themselves to check for unusual smell or if everything was okay once they saw that the smoking sensory level was high. Both assistant manager Kaitlyn and manager Dean were very useless and dismissive. So now I have to go through a long process with my bank to dispute the charge because I refuse to have this hotel take 500 dollars for something that I didn’t do. I am currently in the military and have been serving for 6 years and have the upmost respect and integrity wherever I go. I do not recommend going to this hotel as this hotel has employees and managers that don’t go above and beyond their job.

Very good but needs a few small improvements

Dismayed to see moldy spots in the shower. The mattress was quite hard but not terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice but ran out of baked goods both mornings we ate- around 9am. The bathrooms should have more than two towels for two nights in our opinion. I always use one for my body and one for my hair. Upon entering, the room was absolutely freezing. I'm always warm but it took a long time for the room to be comfortable. It wasn't an overly hot day either. It felt as though the room had been on a very low temperature for days. We like this hotel very much and will continue to stay. With those few changes, it would be perfect.

my room stay was good ,my room was very clean my bed was comfotable,my checking was a slight problem some one new it started out good. i was charged twice,she stated it was a glitch and the security deposit did not register. so .i reinserted my card again,and ended up being charged twice. which was odd ,because my room was paid in advance and it should have only be charged for security.deposit when i arrived.i have stayed there on many times and never had this problem before. i called the nxt day when i recieved my reciept . a refund was processed .the the additional charge. and still waiting for myh refund. 4 days later, and made and addtional call today 08/18/2025-stilll not seeing credit on my account

A quaint Long Island hotel

As a full disclosure, this was hurriedly planned stay due to some unfortunate circumstances in my life at this time. So suffice to say, but I was not in the best place mentally. That being said though, I did enjoy my room, and stay overall. Parking was easy, the room was clean (a little outdated, still had carpet, older bathroom countertop, etc, plus side it still has a microwave which was wonderful) and very sizeable. Definitely a great value stay, with a friendly staff, and seemingly a nice pool (did not partake)
