The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. My complaints - no extra outlets in the room. i had to unplug the only lamp in the room to charge my phone. The top part of outlet did not work either. So, the room was very dark. Also, no soap dish in shower. I had to keep the soap on the shower floor. yuck! Lastly, we got to the “free breakfast”at 9:00. One bagel and 2 slices of bread left. nowhere to sit down if you wanted cereal. The container that was labeled whole milk actually had hot water in it. 🙄 Not well run. A shame because it seems like they are trying.

Generally the property was clean. Only one chair and table in the room. The reception was ok, but not much urgency was displayed in the check-in or check-out. Breakfast was for ok and only cereal, yogurt , bananas etc… no place to sit for breakfast.

We’ve stayed at this property before and it’s lacking in up keep among other things. The only memorable moment of this stay was the view from the balcony. The electrical switches by the nightstands didn’t work, we had to charge our phones from the kitchenette outlets. There is no closet only a rod to hang belongings. The one light in the bedroom area in a small lamp on the nightstand that is full of rust. And oddly enough the first thing you encounter when you walk in the room is the bed ( this layout was not well thought out) Some of the towels left by housekeeping were ripped on the edges. The bathroom faucet had no water pressure, the shower head had no shower pressure, and there was no where to place your shampoo or conditioner or body wash/ soap. The chairs by the kitchen were worn and ripped, the sofa seat cushions also worn out and ripped. I truly don’t understand how this is worth $360 (without tax) a night. Will not be returning to this property. And I recommend some updates be made for what is being charged. Total disappointment.

Using a booking service might be a bad idea.

Horrible that older people in there 70's with heart conditions are placed in a 3rd floor room with no elevator mainly because we booked with hotels.com as the person at the check-in desk explained. It became a real stumbling block when planning activities.

Beautiful property. Walking along the boat dock at night during the full moon was magical. We only stayed for one night, but I would love to come back. Only complaint was that the shower never really got that warm.

‘Music’ (random screaming punctuated by rap beat) all night long so could not enjoy the sound of the sea and wildlife. When I asked to make less noisy or stop ‘management’ did not know how to turn it off!! Broken things in the room and old couch, noisy bedsprings.

We arrived and were notified that there was no hot water in one of the two rooms we booked. They only offered a $50.00 credit and the resort fee waived. They said we could shower in a communal shower in a room that had hot water. With the cost per night at $470 and no hot water for the entire overnight stay - seems like a cheap offer,
