The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our 1 bedroom suite was so spacious, updated amenities and the cook to order breakfast was delicious. THIS Embassy Suites location is keeping the standard and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location.

50th wedding anniversary get-a-way

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and they treated us like royalty. We got an upgraded suite, free drinks, and snacks. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. They even helped us park our motorhome. The happy hour is fabulous. The beds are so comfy. We loved the delicious breakfast-omelettes made to order, fruit, pastries, sausages, potatoes, waffles, and delicious coffee. The suite is huge. It really was a delightful weekend.

We stayed at the Embassy this past weekend while my girls participated in a volleyball tournament. Our trip started off a bit rocky, but everything turned around once we met Karen at check-in—she is truly a gem! Karen went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. She is one of a kind—someone who makes you feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. Her warm heart and incredible hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the chef at the omelet station—he kept his cool and remained polite and friendly, even with a long line and what appeared to be a short-staffed morning. He worked hard, always had a smile, and made sure everyone got their food just the way they wanted. He truly defines dedication and customer service. The breakfast buffet did feel a bit more limited compared to our past stays. This might be due to current staffing shortages or other circumstances happening in the LA area. That said, the effort from the staff did not go unnoticed. Once again, big thanks to Chef at the omelet station and Karen at check-in. You both embody the true meaning of hospitality and made our stay so much better!

Decent hotel in close proximity to Orange County Airport, shopping and UC Irvine campus. Nevertheless, quite noisy past 10:00 pm with many young adolescents and teens roaming the atrium and halls and making a ruckus without consideration of the other guests. No parental supervision or hotel staff monitoring Complimentary happy hour was disappointing with just two drinks total for my wife and I and very small pours of a lower end wine.

The AC was not good in the room. The room was warm upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix a sensor but it was cooler in the hallway than in the room the next morning. Upon arrival back to the room the next night where it was still warm, so we had to request for a new room. Also, an hour away from requested check in, the front desk was not able to confirm if we can get early check in.

Worst Hilton suites I've stayed at. My family and I were put in a handicap room with a window facing the parking structure. Loud noises from the parking structure kept us up all night. Then because our bathroom shower is a handicap shower water flooded the bathroom every time we showered. We had to put towels on the ground to help keep the floor dry. When I asked for more towels to bathe with and explained what was happening. She accused me of using towels at the pool and said no additional towels would be given out. My family of 5 then had to share the two towels we had to dry off for showers. We stayed here 3 DAYS!! Never coming back. Lastly they charge 37$ a night for parking. There's no where else to park.

It was really great. Suites are spacious and the amenities are generous. The elevator is super fast so getting all the way up to tenth floor was no issue at all. The layout with all the floors arranged in a rectangle housing the lobby which appears in the bottom was breathtaking . The glass elevator whizzing upwards gives you a great view into the lobby and other floors. The breakfast had good selection of items and an omelet station. Parking in the garage was abundant. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Two things to improve upon are the quality of the mattresses, the consistency of AC functioning, and extending the breakfast time to 10. Ending at 9 is not realistic for lots of vacationers. Beside that, everything was pristine and the hotel location is optimally placed astride the highway five minutes away from the airport.
