Therapy dogs not catered for

I’m a regular here as I find the hotel beds comfortable and friendly stafff /good service The one thing I will say is that my two tiny service dogs are not taken into account and I am always charged £20 per dog despite advising the management of their role as registered therapy dogs . So for this I feel that they are not taking disability seriously

Good stay.

Great check in, service and hotel was very nice. Our bedding on the bed was clean but not soft / comfy. But this wasn’t a biggie, just not luxury bedding but can’t argue with the price! Also the breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, fresh food and topped up regularly. Overall a decent stay at a great price.

B&B hotel

Hotel 5 minute walk from Ipswich rail station, Very quick and simple check in. Room was very spacious and clean, newly renovated.with air con and free toiletries. Bed was super comfortable, tv and tea making facilities, clothes hanging rail, shelving for clothes. Full length mirror close to electric sockets. The only downside to this hotel room was the lack of a small fridge and maybe more signs outside showing where the entrance to reception is. I’d definitely stay again.

Incredible value and a brilliant stay.

I had forgotten to book the hotel I planned to stay in, and so had to quickly find a replacement on the day as where I was planning to stay wasn't available. What a result, this was half the price, incredible value, a decent breakfast for the price, and it was honestly faultless. The room was amazingly comfortable and spotlessly clean and I will definitely stay again. For a one night stay on business it was very good indeed.

Great refurb, lovely staff. I liked the prior interior but this is a very comfortable upgrade. Good location short walk from train station and also into town.

Easy walk to and from the train station. Very convenient if you are going to an event at Portman Road, that is also within walking distance. My room faced the parking lot which wasn’t ideal as I had requested a room facing the river. However it was quiet and at night the hotel sections off the corridors with doors which makes it nice and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items. The hotel felt very safe and the room was clean and comfortable.
