Never again. Incorrectly advertised. Extremely overpriced. Did not have the laundry facilities which were listed in room description. Comforters were soiled. Soap dispenser was broken and nearly empty. Room was worn and in need of refurbishment.

The welcome at the property was extremely friendly and the evening staff were amazing. The room was clean and well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was reasonable, although the choice was somewhat limited. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Inverness!

We highly recommend this hotel. Jess and the staff were exceptionally helpful and meals at the restaurant were wonderful. You can’t beat the location, with everything you want to do in Inverness only a short walk away.

We arrived after a long day of travel only to find out that they had canceled our booking because they weren’t able to contact me the day prior to our stay (as we were traveling internationally my phone was on airplane mode) and made no effort to even send an email. So we arrived and were told our booking (which was still confirmed in Hotels.com) was incorrect and they had given our room away. Very poor from the company. However, Michael, who was working at the front desk made some calls to patrons who had yet to check in and because someone was no longer to make their booking he transferred their room to us. His customer service was the only good experience at this hotel, the rooms were cramped and humid. But easily walkable to town.

The room was very dirty. We were in room 16. The dust on the headboard and light fixtures was disgusting. The bathroom was also filthy with dark stains along the edges of the floor. When we arrived the shower was still wet and had hair in it.
