Really enjoyed this hotel! Great for family’s or groups. We had a family wedding and I forgot to bring a light up travel mirror for getting ready. But there was a big mirror in hallway we where all able to use. Very nice and roof top bar was a plus with such friendly bar tenders. We will be back!

Loved the hotel! Its was beautiful, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But my room could have been cleaner. Unfortunately I found a big dust bunny on the floor by the mirror a a few other things. It looked like the floor was cleaned. The room temperature was way too warm. The air wouldn’t go below 70 and I pretty much slept without a blanket. I did let the receptionist know and supposedly engineers were sent to the room but nothing changed and we just dealt with it. Other than that the hotel was great and the staff was friendly.

I arrived very early and they moved my room assignment around to get me in early. I appreciated that little bit of effort so much. I was exhausted and they made sure I was taken care of. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and respectful. I love that the hotel is right at a stop dor the #12 streetcar line. That made navigating out to either the French Quarter or Carrollton extremely easy.
