Nice helpful staff. Great location near parliament building and Sparks street.

We opted for the Gold plan and loved it! Breakfast was included, small plate appetizers and canapés and then dessert served in an exclusive common room from 5:00. Excellent service. But the hotel needs some refurbishing and updating. The desk chair in our room was literally shredded. This is a premium property. A wonderful and historic and perfectly located hotel. The Fairmount needs to give it some love.

Too many children running wild in the halls and parents not doing anything to control them. 10-12 year old boys banging on hallway walls past 9:30pm. Staff not stopping them.

Staff was very helpful- hot tub was nice - but sunday nite restaurant was close. Overall-great experience

The picture of the room upon booking showed a patio door view of the forest. However, there was the hotel pool between our room and the forest, which affected our privacy. So I find the picture misleading. Everything else was amazing.
